Heartfall FAQ
Updated 2026-10-15 · Last checked 2026-10-15
These answers are paraphrases of the carrd FAQ, the itch.io facts, and the EULA notes the carrd points at. I did not add questions the developer has not answered.
I read the FAQ block on the carrd and matched each answer to a second page where I could. The contact email on the carrd was obscured, so the address I cite is the one printed on itch.io.
Confirmed facts
itch.io lists the average session as a few hours. That is a session length, not a full-game time. The maturity line is teen and up. Platforms are Windows, macOS, and Linux. The game is free. Accessibility includes a color-blind friendly tag. Language on Steam is English only.
Streaming is allowed. Monetized YouTube let's plays are allowed when the video is transformative. Other commercial use of the assets is not. Mods are allowed inside the EULA: free distribution, no commercial exploitation, no third-party IP, a statement that the mod is not supported by Kazehita Art LLC, and no explicit, obscene, or hateful content. Translations are welcome and unsupported. No generative AI was used. The EULA forbids using the game for AI training. Development started in December 2024. There are no sequels planned.
