Team 7 follows Welcome Home, Ally. This v1.01 guide covers the entry decision, progression checkpoints, and 4 registered story endings. Keep a separate save before leaving the opening route.
We checked the unencrypted data in the official free Linux v1.01 build on 15 October 2026. These are data-derived route and ending conditions, not a claim that we played every branch. Later patches can change them. We do not redistribute the game, dialogue scripts, or ending artwork.
Route entry and branching decision
Complete the opening Jimmy/Joel alliance exchange, which sets bad_boys_formed. Continue Scar’s opening events; at the first night oath reminder, choose Remember. Forget instead returns to the main route.
Event reference: Session1 / BB1-JimmyQuestPart2; Session1_MR_Night / BB1-EndSessionDialogue / outcome2 -> BB2.
Progression and key choices
The session IDs below identify progression in v1.01; they are not a universal chapter count shared by every route. Complete the active quest before moving to the next checkpoint.
- BB2: open Flower Valley and gather wood, stone, and glass for the bakery.
- BB3: deliver bread to Skizz, complete the Tango delivery detour, and continue the night events.
- BB4: gather desert sand for Cleo and complete the material collection with Joel.
- BB5: resolve the fake-death plan, then choose your final battlefield. DesertBattle raises Scar before the checks; FlowerBattle raises Jimmy and Joel. The fake-death refusal lowers Jimmy and Joel. Final checks inspect Scar separately from Jimmy and Joel after those changes.
- The Scar side is good only when Scar passes the good-reputation check. The Bad Boys side is good only when BOTH Jimmy and Joel pass their good-reputation checks. Failure by either boy selects the bad side.
Ending conditions
Good reputation means the game passes its named good-reputation check. We do not invent numerical reputation thresholds. Conditions apply to this route, not every appearance of the same character.
